Julie Congo, b. Brooklyn, 1988, is a fine-art/freelance photographer currently working and living in New York City. A recent graduate from The Fashion Institute of Technology, she earned her degree in Photography and the Digital Image, and has been exhibiting in group shows throughout New York since 2009.
